These are some of the programs that Debbie and Cherry could present at a church, preschool, day care, or shelter.

"Chapel With Cherry":  Good title for a chapel program at a preschool, daycare, or Christian elementary school.  This could be the title for the web page about programs, or just a suggested title for an event.

Bunny With a Bible
Cherry is a "bunny with a Bible" who loves to sing and talk about God's Word.  Some of her songs tell familiar Bible stories.  Kids can join the fun by singing along, clapping, or even acting out a little skit.  Some of the stories include:

            Noah

Happy Birthday!
Cherry celebrates her birthday every year on the date that Debbie bought her in a gift shop.  When kids help her celebrate (with cupcakes, candles, and maybe ice cream), they learn some things about God's love and being born again.  Debbie bought Cherry with money, but Jesus bought us with something much more precious. . .His own life (1 Peter 1:18-19).  Debbie brought Cherry to life, giving her a voice and a name.  God's Holy Spirit gives us new life (John 3:5-8).   Debbie made Cherry her very own bunny.  Jesus makes believers God's very own children (John 1:12-13).  Cherry's birthday only comes once a year (April 23), but she's always thinking about the next one and wouldn't mind an extra party any time (especially if there's carrot cake)! 

Apart from Me . . .
Can Cherry go it alone?  Cherry decides she doesn't need Debbie anymore.  "It's been nice knowin' ya. . . ."  Debbie and the kids try to tell Cherry it won't work, but Cherry insists on doing her show all by herself.  When Debbie finally lets her try, NOTHING happens!  Cherry admits that she needs Debbie, and the kids learn that we all need Jesus:  "Apart from Me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5).  

Talkin' to God All the Time
Help children learn about prayer!  They can talk to God in the morning when they get up, at school or play during the day, at night when they go to bed, or just any time, anywhere.  It's always time to talk to God and praise Him.

Rejoicing in God's Word
One of Cherry's favorite Scriptures is Psalm 119.  Help kids learn basic truths about the Bible:  WHO wrote it, WHY it was written, WHAT we learn from it, HOW to do what God says in it.  God's Word has no mistakes, and it is true forever. 

Rejoicing in the Resurrection (Easter)
Kids often think about bunnies in the spring.  Cherry isn't an Easter bunny. . . she's a "Resurrection Rabbit" who loves to sing and tell kids about the RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ.  Kids will enjoy Cherry's fun "bunny" songs about what Easter really means. 

Let There Be Light!
In the beginning, God said, "let there be light," and there was light.  God's Word is a "lamp unto my feet and a light to my path."  Jesus is the LIGHT of the world.  God calls you to be a light, too!

Ringin' Those Christmas Bells

Angels:  Cherry loves Christmas, when she can dress up in red and green. . .or maybe dress up like an angel and take a trip to heaven!  Cherry decides she wants to visit Jesus.  Can she get there in a car, a bus, a train. . .or maybe an airplane?  Silly rabbit!  Kids will laugh but then learn how to really get to heaven, and how angels came to people like Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds when Jesus came to earth as a baby boy.

Sights and Sounds of the Season:  Christmas is lots of fun!!  Kids can hear Cherry sing about "bunnies hoppin' around the Christmas tree," colored lights on the tree, sleigh bells ringing, "Cherry the Red-Nosed Rabbit," and packages waiting to be opened.  Sights and sounds of the season are used to help kids learn about our Savior coming down from heaven to give us the very best gift of all.
